Melt 6 oz. dark coating. Add 1 egg yolk, 2tbsp softened unsalted butter, 6 tbsp fondant and 2 tbsp whiskey (optional). Blend thoroughly and set aside for 25 minutes or until mixture is set. Shape into balls and put in lined mold #'s 617, 101, 585, 198 or 545.
